scratch, managed full customer journeys from first contact
through to retention and referral, and led the teams
delivering behind the scenes.
Before founding Kindred Systems, Cathryn built and scaled an
international business across offer development, marketing,
sales and delivery. When the market shifted during COVID, she
repositioned the business and led it through 400% revenue
growth over two years, managing a team of 21 before exiting
through acquisition.
That experience shaped how she thinks about AI. Not technology
for its own sake, but what is actually costing a business
money, where calls are being missed, where leads fall through
the cracks, and what needs to work reliably at scale.

appearing: good service businesses losing work simply because
